Electric Knife Sharpener. It is an ideal tool for those who wish to keep all your knives in good condition.

There are 3 pairs of slots that will allow you to get different stages of sharpening.

• Phase 1: high abrasiveness.
• Phase 2: fine grinding.
• Phase 3: Micro-afilado.

For very dull knives, pass them through the slots of phase 1, sliding and pushing the knife slightly from handle to tip using the slots left and right to sharpen both sides.

Little dull knives (or second phase for which they sharpened in phase 1), pass them through the slots of phase 2, repeating the same operation.

Never sharpen knives jagged in phases 1 and 2.

For sharpening serrated knives, use the phase 3 slots, doing the same movements. These slots are also used as final phase for phases 1 and 2 for sharp knives.
