PRODUCT description
Fryer Gas 15 + 15 litre with furniture and doors 700 series. Flat tank and front panels of stainless steel AISI 304. Two independent rounded tanks with profile of wide cold zone for the collection of food waste. Honeycomb tubular burners. Frying, keeping unaltered the organoleptic characteristics of the oil system to cooking healthy way by limiting the number of oil, with a remarkable final saving changes. Security valve with thermocouple and safety thermostat, protected pilot flame. Temperature control with 7 positions from 110 to 190° C. 15 + 15 litre tank capacity. Maximum production rate estimated 36 kg. Average cooking time 5 minutes. Preheat 10 minutes (from 20 to 190° C). Piezoelectric ignition with silicone protection. Adjustable feet.
